Thirty delicate contestants floated onto the glitzy stage in long, flowing dresses, kicking off a two-hour contest of beauty, talent and brains that culminated after midnight with the crowning of Thanyarat Jirapatpakorn as this year's prettiest lady boy in Thailand.

Thailand’s tallest building is coming 200 celebrities and VIPs gathered in Bangkok on April 20 for the lavish opening of the Ocean 1 Tower sales office in Bangkok. The new office is in the prestigious President Tower Arcade in Ploenchit Road, close to Gaysorn Plaza and the Intercontinental Hotel. It will handle sales inquiries from locals and tourists for the spectacular 91 storey condo tower being built at Jomtien beach. When completed the tower will be the tallest building in Thailand and one of the tallest residential buildings in the entire world.
